To ensure that we support the HVAC industry, the Reznor manufacturing site will complete a full stocktake w/c 10th June - 14th June 2024. This is essential to improve accuracy for inventory management and improve the customer care that we provide. Your understanding and support is greatly appreciated and please be assured that our team will work with you to ensure that we meet your expectations.

What will this mean for you?
 

  • Reznor will not dispatch or deliver products between Monday 10th June and Friday 14th June, this includes collections
  • You will be able to place orders online and via the office while stocktake is underway but deliveries will not recommence until w/c 17th June
  • Orders with ‘Delivery Date’ up to and including Friday 7th June will be delivered prior to starting the stocktake to avoid any unnecessary delay
  • Orders with ‘Delivery Date’ w/c 17th June will be scheduled across the week to ensure that we meet the agreed requirement
  • Our Customer Service, Design, Service and Sales team will be available as always to support your requirements while we complete the stocktake
